El precio de las casas en España en el tercer trimestre del año aumentó un 4% interanual, sumando 10 trimestres consecutivos en positivo. Según los datos del Índice de Precios de Vivienda (IPV), del Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), las residencias nuevas moderaron su crecimiento frente a junio con un 7,3% de subida, mientras el precio de la vivienda usada se incrementó tres décimas respecto al segundo trimestre, hasta el 3,5% interanual.
Con esta subida del 4% entre julio y septiembre de 2016, el índice de precios de vivienda (IPV), calculado por el INE a partir de datos de los notarios, encadena 10 trimestres consecutivos en ‘verde’, aunque el incremento intertrimestral fue de un 0,8%.
Por tipo de vivienda, las viviendas nuevas ralentizaron su crecimiento entre julio y septiembre frente al dato del segundo trimestre, cuando registró su mayor incremento interanual desde 2007, con un 8,4%. En el tercer trimestre, la subida ha sido del 7,3% frente al mismo periodo de 2015. Por otro lado, las viviendas de segunda mano tuvieron mejores datos en este tercer trimestre (3,5%) que entre abril y junio (3,2%), si se compara siempre con el dato interanual.
Por comunidades autónomas, la mayoría aumenta su tasa anual en el tercer trimestre de 2016. Los mayores incrementos interanuales se registraron en Navarra (2,1 puntos) y Cataluña (1,1 puntos ) para quedarse en subidas del 2,2% y 6,6%, respectivamente.
Madrid, Cataluña y Baleares siguen manteniendo los precios más altos con subidas del 7,8%, 6,6% y el 5,4%, respectivamente.
