El valor tasado de las viviendas libres aumentó un 2% interanual en el segundo trimestre de 2016, y mantiene la senda positiva que comenzó hace exactamente un año. El precio de las casas superó la barrera de los 1.500 euros/m2, exactamente se quedó en 1.506 euros/m2, una cifra que no se veía desde el segundo trimestre de 2013, según los datos del Ministerio de Fomento.
Pese a sumar cinco trimestres consecutivos de subidas, después de más de seis años (26 trimestres) de caídas de precios, el precio de las viviendas libres en 2016 sigue lejos de los precios alcanzados durante el boom inmobiliario. Los 1.506,4 euros/m2 del segundo trimestre del año son un 28,3% inferior al del nivel máximo alcanzado en el primer trimestre de 2008, cuando llegó a subir a los 2.101,4 €/m2.
Por el contrario, desde el mínimo precio alcanzado en el tercer trimestre de 2014, con 1.455,8 euros/m2, el precio se ha recuperado un 3,5%, para volver por encima de los 1.500 euros/m2, un dato que no se veía desde el segundo trimestre de 2013.
